Ink usage & mix ratio
Same total ink volume per ft whether you're printing 5-color or 9-color — 9-color just splits that volume across 8 color channels (C,M,Y,K,R,G,B,O) instead of 4, so cost differs but usage doesn't.
Passes of white ink laid down per pass of color — matches the "Ratio" cell in your sheet. Typically 4:1 or 5:1.
Powder
Powder usage is assumed to depend on film width only, not ink set — adjust if your shop sees a difference between 5-color and 9-color jobs.
